As a licensed REALTOR® at American Way since 2002, I’ve sold homes and acreage in the ten counties of the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee to locals and newcomers alike & have loved every minute of it!
I take my responsibilities as a REALTOR® seriously. I go the extra mile for my clients. I listen carefully, work hard to help reduce their stress, and do everything I can to find them just the right home or land. Then finally, I work with them all the way through all negotiations and closing.
Want to know how some past clients feel? Read on:
• "Your hard and determination made this sale possible. Without your constant efforts to market the property and assess the real estate value in a changing environment, this sale would not have occurred. Your experience and communication skills were clearly evident throughout the long process." Robert
• "We were so impressed with your work ethic, personality, and knowledge of the areas we felt we wanted others to know. Since we were not new to home buying and were quite opinionated and particular it may have made your job more difficult, but not a complaint from you. In fact, you found answers to each question, did the research necessary, and were able to keep us focused on our priority list. This home purchase was most certainly the best experience we've had." Stan & Linda
• "Brenna is the ultimate professional. She is patient, honest, and pays attention to detail. She will work with you step by step to make sure that your requirements are met. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for real estate in the Upper Cumberland area, especially first-time home buyers." Tony
• "Ms. Brenna Piper, a realtor, extraordinaire, represented my sister and me in the marketing and sale of a tract of land near Cookeville, Tennessee. The success of the entire endeavor resulted from Ms. Piper's efforts. Words I would use to describe her are: Exceptionally knowledgable, competent, energetic, honest, personable, and absolutely committed to her clients. I highly recommend this lady to anyone needing a truly professional realtor." Pat
• "After our first real estate deal 3 years ago, I knew I could trust and depend on you, but in this most recent purchse, you went way above and beond your call of duty to make it all happen for me in the tight time frame I had to deal with!" Eileen
• “You did a fantastic job on the sale of my home. I appreciate it so much.” Jean
• “We appreciate all you have done for us.” Margie & Lamar
• “You truly have gone above and beyond your job requirements. We appreciate you a lot and cannot thank you enough.” Tonya & Robert
• “Thanks so much for all your help and all of your patience, since I literally didn’t have a clue about the things I had to do.” Robin
• “We want to thank you for all your hard work in selling our house and finding us a home that we really love. We are confident that we could not have had a better agent.” Wendi & Brian
• “Ann and I have worked with many real estate agents over our 26-year marriage but none have been as spectacular as Ms. Piper.” Ann & Kevin
• “We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking a real-estae agent who knows her way around the complicated and sometimes painful process of house buying.” Peggy & Tim

I spent over 25 years in marketing and communications before beginning my real estate career. I started at WSM/ WSMV (Ch. 4 in Nashville), first promoting radio, then talked my way into recording the audio for the 1980 Edward R. Murrow award-winning documentary on the Ku Klux Klan “Wizards At Odds”. The resulting years of news experience opened doors into corporate media relations, advertising, event management, and public relations. I still enjoy photography and when possible, hike with my camera throughout our beautiful area. Working with animals & animal welfare groups is important to me as well. Spare time is divided between family, friends, books, University of TN football, and the out-of-doors.
